A transaction, explained

Paste a transaction hash and choose its chain. You'll see, in plain English, what the network recorded: whether it went through, from where, to where, what moved and what it cost. Nothing you paste is stored.

How this works

The site's server asks the chain's public node for the transaction, its receipt and the block it is in, then reads each token's name from the token's own code. It only reads.

An address does not say who holds it. This page cannot tell you who sent a transaction or who received it.

Information, not advice. A clean result does not make anything a good investment.

Chain

The same hash means nothing on another chain. If it is not found, try the others.

The hash is the long code a wallet or exchange shows for a payment, starting with 0x.
